2. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Prepare Your Return: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, and documentation. The RA number should be clearly marked on the return package.
  4. Ship the Item: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.

3. Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Items must be returned in original, unused condition to qualify for a refund.
  • Refund Processing: If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

4. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired product.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and cover the cost of return shipping.
  • If the item is defective, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and stock availability.

7. Restocking Fees

8. Shipping Fees
